Acceptance of Terms

By accessing j-jobs.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Nature of Service

J-Jobs.net provides an online platform to connect employers with job seekers. We facilitate the posting of job advertisements but are not involved in the actual contract or employment agreement between employers and applicants.

User Responsibilities​

  • Accuracy: Employers are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in their listings.

  • Conduct: Users must not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

  • Communication: Users agree that their provided contact information (Email/WhatsApp/Phone) will be visible to the public once a listing is published.

Users may only use the contact information provided in listings for the purpose of inquiring about a job. Using the site to send unsolicited marketing (spam), harassment, or for data-mining is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate ban.

Job postings & Fees

  • Listing Fee: There is a non-refundable fee of $35 for each job listing.

  • Listing Duration & Expiration: Each paid listing remains active for a maximum of 30 days or until you request its removal. Please note that once a listing is removed from the site at your request, it is considered 'closed.' If you wish to repost the same position or a new one, a new $35 listing fee will be required, even if the original 30-day window has not yet expired.

  • Review Period: All listings are subject to a 24–48 hour review period before going live to ensure standards are met. We reserve the right to reject any post that does not align with our values.

  • Activation Timeline: While we aim to have listings live within 24 hours of payment, please allow up to 3 business days for manual review and activation.

  • Public Display: By submitting a listing, you explicitly authorize j-jobs.net to display your provided information, This information can be viewed by anyone visiting the site.

  • Legal Compliance: All users must comply with applicable local, state, and federal Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws. This includes avoiding discrimination based on race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, or disability.

  • Our Right to Edit: We reserve the right to review and edit any job posting to ensure it complies with these laws and our community standards. If a posting cannot be made to comply, we reserve the right to remove it without a refund.

  • Religious Organization Exemption: While we comply with general EEO laws, users acknowledge that as a community-focused platform, certain roles may have specific requirements related to religious observance or environment that are permitted under law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, j-jobs.net shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the site.

J-Jobs.net is a listing service only. We do not vet every applicant or employer personally. Therefore:

  • We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the jobs or resumes posted.

  • We are not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses resulting from employment connections made through the site.

  • We do not guarantee that a listing will result in a successful hire.

Site Maintenance and Downtime

j-jobs.net strives to keep the Website accessible 24/7. However, we reserve the right to take the site offline for short periods for scheduled maintenance, updates, or technical repairs. We are not liable for any loss of business or perceived missed opportunities during these temporary downtimes.

Termination

We reserve the right to remove any listing or ban any user at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe these Terms have been violated. Fees are non-refundable upon termination for cause.

Right to Modify Content and Layout

We reserve the right to modify, reformat, or redesign the way listings appear on the Website at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Changing the layout, font, or color scheme of listing pages.

  • Editing listing descriptions for clarity, length, or professional tone.

  • Moving the placement of a listing within the search results or homepage.

  • Adding or removing features (such as badges, maps, or contact buttons) to improve the overall user experience of the site.

Electronic Communications

By creating a listing, you consent to receive electronic communications from J-Jobs.net regarding your account, payment receipts, and listing status updates.

Intellectual Property

You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute any content from this site for commercial purposes without written consent.
